Jackie Giobres is a passionate people leader and results-driven Technical Project Manager with over 17 years of experience leading large and complex projects from inception to completion. Most notably, she has led registration and technology deployments of some of the largest events in the tech industry such as Dreamforce, Cisco Live, Oracle Openworld and Workday Rising. A career highlight is leading the development and delivery of a first of its kind, streaming service for live experience and original content, Salesforce+.

Her strategic thinking, operational excellence, and ability to apply her skills and methodology to just about anything is what drives her effectiveness as both a leader and a project manager, regardless of industry. Jackie's expertise in resource management, cost control, and risk mitigation ensures that projects are delivered on time and within budget. She leverages a relationship-centric approach, consistently exceeding client expectations and fostering strong, collaborative partnerships.

Laura’s extensive knowledge of Product Development, System Integrations, Finance and Administration brings unprecedented advantage to Builders Direct USA.

Graduating from Stanford University in 1983, Laura Tauscher went on to hold many critical roles in the IT industry including Director of IT, Director Applications Division at Oracle Corp 1985-1992, Sun Microsystems consultant for Oracle implementation from 1992-1996 and VP of Engineering for CrossRoute Software/Xtricity from 1996-2002.

Since then, Mrs. Tauscher has held several C-level roles, including CEO of Overtime Fitness, a niche fitness center focusing on teen health 2002-2008. Currently, she serves as COO of The Tauscher Group, overseeing several private company holdings, and as CFO, COO, and CIO of Farallon Brands Inc., a multinational eCommerce company in the baby category, known for its trademarked brand, The Peanutshell.

President

Nick is a seasoned construction executive who has actively contributed to the residential and commercial construction sectors in California and North Dakota for two decades. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed a diverse range of single-family, multifamily and commercial construction projects, assuming various roles including the creation of estimation algorithms for a proptech startup.

With a commitment to serving and improving his communities, Nick started Builders Direct USA to leverage his expertise on the supply side of contracting, aiming to enhance the efficiency, quality and success of commercial projects.

Chairman

Bill Tauscher brings a wealth of executive leadership experience to his role as Executive Chairman. This knowledge and proven success gives Builders Direct USA a unique advantage as it pursues its mission to connect the Midwest to better products, pricing and service for commercial projects.

Mr. Tauscher has held the role of Chairman and/or CEO for several successful companies over the last 40 years. These companies include, Keeco Home Textiles, the largest supplier of home textiles in America, Blackhawk Network, the largest prepaid gift card and incentive company in the world, Vanstar, a large multibillion dollar publicly traded computer services company, FoxMeyer, a multibillion dollar pharmaceuticals distributor and Vertical Communications, Inc., a communications technology company. He remains on the board of directors or as special advisor to the CEO for several of these companies.

In addition to these critical roles, Bill has also served on the board of directors for Safeway, is currently a managing member of the Tauscher Group and serves as a director of several privately owned companies.
